Ready when you are.
One email, one invite, and the next session is on the evidence.
Emberlift is on TestFlight for iPhone and as a direct install on Android, for a small group of lifters. Free while it’s in beta, a few minutes to set up, and every update arrives on its own.
Say which phone you have. On iPhone, use the address your Apple ID signs in with. On Android, any address you read. That’s all we need — no name, no form. Email us
iPhone: Apple sends you a TestFlight invite. Install the free TestFlight app if you don’t have it, tap Accept, then Install. Android: we send you an install link. Open it on the phone, allow the install when it asks, done — no Google account needed.
The screening and assessment build your programme. If a screen stops making sense, Settings has a guided tour that walks the real app. Updates arrive automatically; you never have to reinstall.
We care about the words as much as the numbers. Anything that made you tap twice, feel unsure, or disagree — that’s the feedback we want. A two-line message from Settings is perfect; so is a screenshot.
Yes, for the whole beta. When it launches there will be a paid tier for the coaching features; beta testers will hear first, and we’ll be clear about what changes.
Yes, as of September 2026 — as a direct install we send you, while the Google Play listing is being set up. It’s the same app from the same code. Two things are iPhone-only for now: Apple Health, and the automatic backup to your own iCloud. On Android, a backup is a file you export from Settings.
Nothing about your training. There’s no account and no server — your workouts, body weight and food diary stay on your phone. The app makes one request on its own, a check for updates, and it carries nothing about you. If you use Send us a message in Settings, that message reaches us — and only because you pressed the button. The privacy policy has the detail.
It’s already yours — it’s on your phone. When the store version ships it picks up where the beta build left off; nothing is reset.
Settings → Send us a message: type it, send it, no email app needed. On iPhone, a screenshot inside the app also lets TestFlight send it to us with a note. Or email [email protected]. All three reach the same person.
Yes. Build your own days from the library and the coaching — volume counts, recovery clock, progression — runs on it just the same.
